Who we are

Solent Action Air is a new community IPSC Action Air club based in Eastleigh, Hampshire. The website is run by club volunteers to share information and register interest ahead of our launch.

What we collect

If you use the interest form, we may collect:

• Your first name and email address
• Whether you tell us you are under 18, and if so, parent or guardian contact details and consent as provided on the form
• Optional audience tags and notes you choose to add
• Technical data needed to run the site (for example server logs), and analytics if you accept cookies — see our Cookie Policy

Why we use it

We use this information to manage expressions of interest, respond to enquiries, and keep people informed about the club and future sessions. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in systems we control as part of running this website (for example our database and email hosting). Access is limited to people who need it to operate the club.

How long we keep it

We keep details for as long as needed to run the club and follow up on interest. You can ask us to delete your details at any time (see below).

We may update this page as the club and website evolve. Significant changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
